You have the full range of tools at your disposal, either try and do a cancellation or open an unpaid item dispute on day 4 after the end of auction, and take it from there.

A cancellation will get it sorted ASAP and allow you to relist very quickly, but an UID will make sure the buyer learns not to leave her son in charge of the computer and not require their consent to get your fees back. It will take a week out of the time available, it depends whether you need to sell these before Christmas or not and how forgiving you're feeling.

I've only been in this place once and I did the full (at that point) 16-day dispute process, but there you go, up to you.

Like Crowqueen says the only way to guarantee that you get your fees back is to go for a full NPB. You can open it on day 4 and close it 4 days later, so a minimum of 8 full days in total.
