My money was taken too, but I presumed this was because it went via the worldpay, and that it worked a little like Paypal?

It was just a bit less than £1.50, so not the end of the world, but I'd like it back if they're not sending out orders.

Cancelled orders = customers not returning.

This is very poor customer service. It seems that this discount was leaked out to people who it was not intended for but to go cancelling orders with no apology or explanation is just discourteous.

I certainly won't be using this company in the future, seems a shame as if their oils had been good quality I was intending to order more.
