Good butter for baking?

  • Stork everytime unless a special occasion, then value butter. I find stork of good quality, easy to store in fridge and creams lovely.

  • Used to use "Country Life" but found "Willow" butter in Asda for about 70p a pack! My cakes taste lovely and stay moist for ever!:D

    I just use stork on it's own. Never had any complaints about my sponges. ;)

    Yes, i often use half and half.

    Don't forget you can freeze butter :)

    Same here! My mam always uses Stork so its never occured to me to use anything else lol :)
