!!!!!! Dastardly buyer -Anything I can do?

An italian buyer has bought 3 high priced BIN items of mine over the last 3 days. All the exactly same size/style - it's clothing.
He hasn't paid for any of them.
I sent him a combined postage invoice after he bought the second and he's not replying to emails.
After he bought the 3rd I have blocked him from buying anymore from me and decided to check other items he is currently bidding on.
And what do you know he's the highest bidder on 5 other current open auctions for the same (size/style) article of clothing.
So he's obviously taking mine of the market bidding on the 5 other open auctions and is only going to pay for just the one he wins at the cheapist price. He doesn't give a dam about neg feedback as he's on zero and will just open another account for his next purchase.
Scheming little devious @!*$ - although you gotta hand it to him suppose that's what you might call a true money saving expert.

Anyhows is there anything I can do?
Don't really want to have to sit waiting for 4,5 and 6 days before I can file a non paying bidder, wait for his non reply reclaim my fees and then relist. Espcecially as it was a 10p listing day and I listed in 2 categories. He's effectively taken my auctions of the market until he gets his item from whoever.

Also on that note if there is nothing I can do , when I relcaim fees and relist
will I be relisting at original 10p listing day fees?
Or will I have effectively moved to 10p listing day relist fees i.e if I don't sell on BIN this time will I incurr full fees as you would on a normal relist after an unsucessful BIN on a 10p day? (If you know what I mean)

And before anyone points it out - I am aware I can insist on immediate payment for BIN auctions if I only take paypal ;+)

Surely it doesn't make sense for him to take other items off the market when he's a buyer?
That only works if you're a seller (less competition = higher prices).

Anyway, if you're sure he's not gonna pay, start the non-paying bidder process when available. You should be able to get your FVFs back, and relist each item for free.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

file NBP and just wait.... it could be that he is busy though, and or has not enough funds in his account and is waiting untill tomorow for fund or till he gets to the bank? his english might not be as good either being italian.... would wait just now and wait a week.
Never do things tomorow when you can do them today.

Buy taking them of the market I mean he's keeping the option of buying mine if the price goes higher on the other 5 auctions he's bidding on. Which it won't because these items are all on italian/french ebay and mainly don't take paypal/ship internationally. The item I'm seling is particularily valuable in the UK but doesn't sell for as much on the continent.
And the irony is that I will be most likely bidding against him on the other 5 auctions!
  • are you sure this guy isnt selling the same items and bidding on yours to inflate the price of his stuff and selling under another user name? hope that makes sense
