Praise for Prestige!

Just thought I'd share - as people (myself incuded!) are quick to complain but slow to praise!

We have a Prestige steamer that is 2 years old, suddenly it stopped working. DH checked the fuse, wall socket etc, but it was definately the steamer at fault.

I emailed Prestige to see where we could get it repaired (as it was out of it's year guarantee) and got a reply to say that the temperature probe/power lead was more than likely at fault, and they would send us one free of charge. :T

A few days later, it arrived - and we now have a working steamer again, very useful with Christmas coming up.

So - a bouquet for Prestige! I have emailed them with my thanks too. :j
