Is PSU failing an expensive thing to fix? I imagine it is this rather than the other 2 as I sent it into a computer workshop so imagine they would of picked up on any loose connections PSU cost £35 to £400 . A decent PSU would not have been fitted as standard a like for like replacment or one with a little bit more power should be around the Bottom end of the price range . jje0

Cheers Riki,
You have been a great help. The problem is my kepboard does not seem to work on the Packard Bell screen. It lights up when it turns on but then seems to be off. I will however try spamming F11 before it goes off as when I do this with F8 it works occasionaly.
Thanks again.0 -
