    Ooh I'm late this week! Anyway here it is:

    Monday - L: [STRIKE]sandwich[/STRIKE] hummous, carrot and pitta. Ran out of bread and forgot to get more. D: LO from Sun toad in hole, mash, veg & oniony gravy.

    Tuesday - L: hummous, carrot, pitta. D: bacon & tomato pasta.

    Wednesday - L: LO pasta. D: pie, mash & beans.

    Thursday - L: [STRIKE]hummous, carrot, pitta[/STRIKE] sandwich. D: spag bol.

    Friday - L: sandwich. D: might be going to Boyfriend's from work instead of going Saturday morning, so don't know. If not, maybe pizza.

    Saturday & Sunday daytime - still away. Sunday tea - pasta with bacon and a stir in sauce.

    Hi everyone :) Hope you are all staying warm and well x

    B: Porridge (oat or cornmeal - loving it :D ), toast, cereal, can make pancakes if anyone so desires. FOllowed by bananas. With OJ/coffee.

    L: Tea cakes, sandwiches/hm wraps of hummus/yeast extract/jam/peanut butter, hm scones, could make a veg and/or lentil soup

    D:
    Had so far...
    sausages with veg + double pot mash + gravy
    HM pizza
    Sun-dried tom and cannelinni stew with couscous + garlic baguette.
    Likely to have...
    Beans on toast with something green
    Pasta in a tomato sauce with salad, poss with other half of the garlic baguette
    Peasant soup + hm bread or with dumplings
    Broad bean + veg curry with pilau rice

    Suppers for girls: usually oats + cup rice milk/strawberry milk. Us: toast and tea or popcorn/nibbles of peanut/olives etc, dependant on when had dinner.

    Snacks are hm flapjacks, HM lemon raisin muffins, nuts, carrots,fruit, B+B.
