Women for Women Cycle India 2007

As three parents, we would like to ask for your support for a major challenge that we are undertaking to raise funds to improve the health of women and babies worldwide.

In October 2007 we will be joining Professor Robert Winston and 200 other women in 'Women for 'Women - Cycle India. The aim is to cycle 390kms over five days through Rajasthan and as participants we need to raise a minimum of £2800 each in sponsorship for this excellent cause.

As parents we are forunate to have healthy children; sadly this is not the case for many others. Women for Women is a charity that raises funds to train women scientists and clinicians to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a range of devasting conditions that cause genetic disorder, miscarriage, infertility and cancer. The fundamental aim is to improve women's health and to ensure that more women have a normal pregnancy with a healthy baby.
