I dont think it's very fair to slate someone on the internet and perhaps affect their livelihood without giving them a chance to put it right!

hi, he won't do it. there were many things he failed to do and i asked for them. i even asked after the wedding if they would come in a presentation box and that email went unanswered so i assumed at least they would come in a case. sorry, but i have tried to reason with him on several occasions. even getting the edited dvds back was very tough. he has had a lot of chance. i would recommend him but he is more of an amateur and needs to slash his prices to account for the finish.

also, as i mentioned before his work is actually wonderful. just the service and finish is poor. also, the dvds were not presented at all, just shoved into an envelope with toilet tissue. this is what i would expect if i had paid a mate £200.

i agree, toilet roll is not acceptable. and presentation is what you pay for- and you do not expect toilet roll- and for him to ignore emails. i wudnt b happy.
are we going to go with the £4 deal?

I opted for a local videographer to do it for a tenner each, at least I saw what I was getting.

if your not happy with a service i think your aloud to complain about it, if it affects someones business they should have thought about the quality of service they were offering in the first place not once someone was unhappy about.
