    Also, wait until tomorrow. The last batch I made (purely for testing of course :rolleyes:) we started to eat too soon and it tasted more like cheap fudge, sort of chewy instead of grainy. What was left of it the next day had changed in texture and was gorgeous.


    Thanks for that I use to make it at school but cant remember how we done it. I have to go and buy an electric whisk, As for the past 4 years I was living on my own and being male i wouldnt know what one is (:rotfl: ) but now i got the OH living with me i need to start getting kitchen stuff. But I did say to her yesterday We'll have to get an electric hand whisk as it will be a !!!!!! after stiring it for 15 mins on heat then another 10 mins whisking it by hand. But once again thanks for the info.
