"Active and Afloat" Holidays Norfolk Broads Via Tesco Clubcard - No Longer Trading?

Just rang up leboat and it seems that the company "active&afloat" is no longer accepting bookings for 2011.
The website activeandafloat.co.uk now redirects to leboat.co.uk (I am assuming its a parent company used solely for processing tesco deals through)
A sales chap @ LeBoat said that he expected all 2011 holidays to be honoured.
No idea how this affects other tesco clubcard holiday makers venturing outside of the UK.
Also if you have just applied for tesco clubcard points then his suggestion is to ring up and get them converted back asap, which he said tescos will do.
Hope this helps people, as I was looking at booking next year.
FWIW LeBoat seem to be offering a 15% discount , but that is not the same as getting your holiday using just clubcard points
