  • Does anyone know if this is safe, what I mean is as a shareholder you wouldn't be liable for any debts or any other legal problem of the company would you?
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
  • i was going to do this until i realised they give shares away with every deal so they are completly worthless as a avarage user would probably recieve about 5000 shares a year, now tmes that by a few hundred thousand users.......
There is a Money Saving Expert quidclan, next time your on quidco have a look for it

Pretty pointless then, and a bit late. I think they've missed the boat for these sites surely there are enough of them already?

also claim to be a 100% cashback site but obviously a different 100% to Topacshback

Tesco direct 2% at this site

    http://www.imutual.co.uk/groceries/tesco

3.03 % at Topcashback (and quidco)

    http://www.topcashback.co.uk/tesco/

also 3% for marks at Imutual , 3.03% at Topcashback

thanks. was going to do this but after reading your post decided against it. i think i read on MSE it used to be 10 shares free and they changed it to 100. thats 10X. obviously desperate. will avoid thank you.
    Martin you rock:j:j:j
  • Funny thing is a similar thread when 10 " free shares" worth absolutely nothing was posted previously it was deleted by MSE Forum team.

These 100 free shares are also currently worth absolutely nothing

I disagree. They have no cash value currently but as a shareholder you get benefits like receiving a copy of the accounts every year and the ability to vote at the AGM. Even if you only hold the free shares, you still get these benefits.

With regards to Richard Yendall having founded Rpoints, then yes, this is correct. But it may be worth reading around before you jump to and conclusions. What's more, as a shareholder, you can always vote Richard out of being a director at the AGM if you aren't happy with how he is running the company!

Liability of shareholders was discussed here: http://www.imutual.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1296&p=2462
