Hi all.
This is my 1st ever post and really need some help!!
I'm planning on buying my wife a new laptop but after hours of searching have got no further and probably confused myself even further.
We use the laptop for general surfing, photos, films, a few games and a bit of work now and again!!
I found this which I think looks ok ... Toshiba Satellite C650D-12J for £399.97 after a discount of £100 at Currys.
I heard Toshiba, Acer or Dell are pretty good??
Your recomendations will be greatly recieved. Many Thanks.0 -
My general rule of thumb would be Asus > Toshiba > Samsung > HP > Acer
Price will dictate what you get. As long as you stick to
Pentium or Core i3/i5 (NOT Celeron)
2Gb or more ram
160Gb hdd or more
You shouldn't have any problems. £400 is a decent budget to get you a solid machine0 -

You might be better starting a new thread rather than posting on this one
