My son has been in employment since August as an Apprentice Bricklayer. He has just been 'laid off'. Can someone please tell me if he will be entitled to any benefits?

I think as a parent you are supposed to look after your children until they're 18 years old.
He may be entitled to some benefits but it is highly dependent on personal circumstances.
