Applying for a credit card on maternity leave

Hi

I'm currently on maternity leave and not planning on returning to work until March. Can anyone advise whether I can apply for a credit card to do a balance transfer whilst on mat leave? I assume applications will query my monthly income. In hindsight I should have applied before I went on mat leave!

    Of course you can you have not lost your job,your on maternity leave.

    Yes you can.. the app generally asks for Annual Salary which would not change with being on Maternity.
    Goal - We want to be mortgages free :j
