Netbooks

I'm thinking of buying my daughter a netbook for Christmas as she loves the games on the Cbeebies, Nick Jr and Disney sites. I want to spend as little as possible but also want to ensure that what I do buy will run the games that she likes.

Can anyone tell me what minumim specs I would need or even better recommend a specific product?

All help/comments will be gratefully received.

Netbooks are all very similar spec wise.
Dell mini 10 maybe?

Most of the netbooks will be the same. Just buy the one with the highest model number you can find (Intel Atom N300, N330, etc) as thats the most basic way to judge speed.

Make sure it has Windows 7 Starter not Windows XP as that will no longer be supported soon and is a lot more secure.

1Gb of RAM is going to be about the most you can get so don't let this deter you.

Battery life is the main price factoring thing I've found, so the cheaper ones will do 4hours, the slightly more expensive ones will be 7+ hours.

ALL will run disney games on the disney website, no problem.
