:mad:beware this is a scam they send you broken bottles for free trial,can't send them back because they are damaged, charge you delivery and then continue to charge every month $96 dollars there after,before your trail ends even if you cancel ,even after endless phone calls and emails they take no notice ,DONT be caught out with this free trial, it will cost you dearly, had to cancel credit card ,in the end,

I to have been caught, sent for free sample paid postage unaware they would take out money in 10 days the amount £69, on christmas too, they do not answer emails and when you phone, an American person answers they do all the talking and will not listen to you , you can not win even if you cancel the order, they still keep taking your money tried every thing ,Help!!:mad:

Contact Citizens Advice Bureau - they are forwarding details of this company to Office of Fair Trading. People who have been scammed in this way should contact CAB as OFT will take notice if there is more than just one incident. From looking at various websites it would seem many, many people have been caught!

Contact Citizens Advice Bureau - it seems many, many people have fallen victim of this company. CAB has passed info to Office of Fair Trading - need anyone who has been charged for these products without wittingly intending to, to contact CAB so that OFT can see it's not just one or two people affected.

I too have been scammed by this company I agreed to a 30 day trial but within minutes sent two emails asking to cancel the order as I wasn't happy. Two weeks later on 27th Jan I received the trial phoned them cancelled an further orders and got a returns number from them. I then checked my credit card and found that they had taken a further £96.35 from my credit card account on the 24th Jan 3 days before I had even received the trial. I have emailed them every day and have contacted trading standards and my credit card resolution centre. I have spoken to them on the phone today and the lady informed me that their company will not let them cancel orders it is company policy and that it will be at least 3 weeks before a refund is processed. Couldn't tell you what the product is like as I returned it within the hour but their dealing are very under hand and shady. They are in breach of the distance selling act of 2005 according to trading standards one can only hope that they do something about this company before they con other people out of their hard earned money. Be warned the more people who complain to trading standards the more likely they are to be stopped.

my mother was scammedby this company so I have built this website to try and destroy them, I cant post the link as i am a new user so if any readers could post anti-agingstore dot blogspot dot com that would be great. According to google the more content on a website the higher it will rank so if we can get everybody who has been ripped off by this company to write their story on the website hopefully the website will start to rank next to or even above the anti-agingstore.com website which should stop others from being ripped off by them.
