Beanie thats all i have been doing lately, I cant even face going onto the weightloss thread as I am the heaviest I have been in my life, almost breaking into another stone which I have never ever hit before:(

The council have actually come and gritted our street

Positive thinking and small steps! Easier said than done at this time of the year!
I'm making small changes, so instead of a packet of crisps at break I'll have some nuts/seeds. Holland & Barrett have an offer on at the moment 3 for 2! I'm also trying to give up red meat and eat more fish and chicken instead. Quorn's not that bad either!
