    Beanie thats all i have been doing lately, I cant even face going onto the weightloss thread as I am the heaviest I have been in my life, almost breaking into another stone which I have never ever hit before:(

    I know I have had a lot on my plate lately but I am taking it literally!
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Dont worry Beanie, I will sort myself out soon enough. At least I have my exam out of the way which was really praying on my mind.

    Everytime I look out at the snow I get the munchies, perhaps I should close the curtains:rotfl:

    Afternoon

    The council have actually come and gritted our street :) so theres now hardly any snow on the road just the pavements that are a dangerous now.

    Lou adn Beanie, I know where you're coming from regarding the munchies. I think mine is to do with waiting for my exam results; they are due in the next 22ish days are or soo. Gotta love the OU, will either make or break my Christmas.

    My exam was on Monday LMC and I have to wait until Feb for the results......if I keep munching until then I will be the size of an elephant!

    Positive thinking and small steps! Easier said than done at this time of the year!

    I'm making small changes, so instead of a packet of crisps at break I'll have some nuts/seeds. Holland & Barrett have an offer on at the moment 3 for 2! I'm also trying to give up red meat and eat more fish and chicken instead. Quorn's not that bad either!

    Sorry for a ramble there Lou, got everything crossed for you.
