can anyone tell me if i leave a temp/agency job due to lack of transport!

You can claim JSA but may be sanctioned for a period unless you can show that you had 'just cause' for leaving the job. Just cause isn't clearly defined so it will depend on how they view it to a large extent.

It sounds as if you haven't been working for them for long? If so you might come under rules about trial periods but only if you had been unemployed for a period of at least 13 weeks before taking the job AND the job is 16+ hours per week AND you work for at least 4 weeks and leave before 12 weeks have passed. If these circumstances apply you shouldn't have to show just cause and shouldn't be sanctioned.

Any chance you can get a loan for the repair? For example, through a local credit union or your current bank?
