Pipex broadband - Disconnects when phone rings

Hi Guys
My broadband keeps disconnecting when the phone rings or gets puts down after a call. During the call it is fine it's only when it is answered or put down.
I have an ADSL filter setup but still doesn't work
Also, I have a friend with the same problem who is on AOL.
