My Dad has offered to take our son away at the end of june but sure thats when year 11 are still taking GCSE exams.
Does anyone know where I could find a list of what exams are on what date. I have search on google for ages and the best I can come up with is the last exam is on 29th June. But it does not say which one it is. They have found a bargain to leave on 25th!

Where can I get hold of the GCSE and A Level exam timetables for next summer?
Details should be available from your child's school. Pupils take subjects with different exam boards. If you know the exam boards of your child's exams, you can download each board's exam timetable from their websites.
The main boards are AQA, EdExcel and OCR.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

Get a list of all his GCSE subjects and ask the school what exam boards they are using. The school should be able to tell you when the last exam is, if not call the exam board yourself. Double check on how many exams for each subject, e.g. paper 1 and paper 2.
Most exams tend to be done by mid June, hope you get it sorted!0 -
I have got a list of his subjects but they want to book tonight as they say there is an error on the holidays and it's a total bargain they just do not want to miss. I can not speak to the school till next monday.
All I know is they are GCSE's0 -

To be honest.
I wouldn't risk letting them take him away in June just incase. His exams are more important than a cheap holiday.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

To be totally honest It's my brother who's in year 11, my son is year 10. (who he's asked to go) My Dad's on his own with him and does not have a clue. neither does my brother. I am trying my best to sort things out for them.
Thanks for the links to them sites but from what you say his school may not even be with one of these so even if i check his subjects against them boards I am still not 100% in telling him to book it.
I will ring him with the facts and then it's down to him.0 -
I am sure the G.C.S.E exams are over before the last week of june. At my DD's school they have an end of school prom the exams are always finished before this date think the prom is about 22 june next year. Hope this helps. When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile0
