Yes I'm still here - but not managed to pot anything for what seems like ages. Just got back from a few days away and I'm totally flat broke and its going to take a little while for finances to recover. :eek:

Got a few birthdays too coming up - they do have a habit of creeping up on you.

Oh well enjoyed our little break but sadly its back to reality now.

:wave: Hi there blue_eyed_girl nice to see you. Glad you enjoyed your little break. I know what you mean regarding the birthdays, I have a few coming up :eek: Will try not to spend as much on pressies as I have a holiday to pay for and I want to keep saving.

I was wondering the same thing about nu1isit? Dread to think what he is up to hope he is doing ok though.

I really need to do this and "hope" I can manage it this weekend.

On a sad note I have had to empty my pot to help pay to have DD's room replastered The total was £165.49 BUT DH said he will give it back to me when he gets his bonus at the end of April, so it's not all bad but I felt really sad emptying it.

Thanks Bebs I really must try and get some things listed this weekend, even though I am working just cant let this one pass me by.

Well I have fed Rosie with a lovely golden £2 coin tonight and 36p in coppers and silver. A grand total of £2.36

Well its the weekend, some of us are working but only two days to go before I am off. Enjoy yourselves and be good

Morning everyone
Since Thursday I have received 15 X £2 coins. Also popped about £8 into the Sealed pot ans Yesterday I found 23p in road change. Got some overtime today so another bit of chipping away at the debt.

Pot no 2 weighs £2.32kg today. Not going up as fast as I want but I haven't been spending money so not surprised.

Afternoon everyone
I've had a reply from Sue's DH, I've included an extract from the email for you all to read.

Sue's not too bad, the right knee is getting better but the left still
poorly with yellow bruising all around the knee and down the shin with
quite a lump on the inner part of the front. Her right forearm is
still very painful, her ribs too with the pain now right round to the
front as well. She takes paracetamol and Ibuprofen. It's only just
over a week since she did it so it's still early days as yet.

She's very grateful for everyone's concern and sends her thanks to you all
