yay, the weekend is here :j I hope everyone is well.

I've not had chance to log on all week, I have been so busy although I'm not quite sure what I've been busy with ?!!

I'll catch up on the posts I've missed later but I hope everyone is well. How's the weightloss going FM ? I hope it's still going well.

I have manage to pot some pennies everyday this week and hubby has thrown a couple of shiney two pound coins into the pot. :) I've had a tenner sitting in my purse all week which I have just potted and I also managed to avoid doing a big shop this week due to using freezer/cupboard stuff combined with my veggie box so I need to work out what I've saved and then I'll pot that.

Enjoy your Friday night and I'll be back later to read up on what I've missed xx

Hi everyone, a busy day spring cleaning for me! Just felt like it so struck while I did and it feels so good!!! :j

Make the most of your first trip of the year to the caravan fishcakes, have a great time!

I hope you had a wonderful holiday, jenyking, good to see your bottle o' cash!

Good to see you back, sparky - and well done on the £212 from the gold.
Sue, I tried lemon and honey for my cough and it does work . Our family doctor always recommended it . Try it it can't do any harm and it just might work. Nothing worse than keep coughing it really wears you out, so stay in the warm and take care of yourself. ((Hugs))

Awww that's so very sweet, LC 2, thanks a lot for your wishes. :kisses3:You're darn right too! I tried honey last night, it didn't do much good so I'll now put the lemon with it to give it clout...in a Jif (lemons!). Thanks to you and your Dr, LC here's hoping! Oh, I do know how you feel with your little darling going to playschool, I hate it!! DGS1 used to scream and cry - our lass still made him go, but I couldn't have done! I was in bits...I know she was right though as they miss out on so much nowadays if they don't, I never let my kiddies go though, but DD went to Uni and DS went to College so they didn't suffer, but it wasn't so much about technology then.

Very well done Claire (Mrs r). Make the most of the excitement about little bean, there's nowt like it, and erm I'm excited too!!! :j;)

Hiya Footiemad, you're not wrong about the darn cough, it's driving me doolally. :( Have a good weekend, see you soon.

<<"I have a shameful confession..... I have NO idea what I have potted this week :o:o">> Not to worry bexs, it's not a definite thing to do, it just encourages others as well as us as individuals. Footiemad, you were right with your wise words to bex!:D

Very well done on the ebay sales, tattycath, at least it helps out at times such as now, I hope all's well soon with you. :)

Brilliant Lost, you have done well!!! :j

Never been to Cambridge in me life jakes-mum, but sparky was missing for a day or so - must have been him!!! Ah....he did say he struck gold!! :rotfl:

Have a wonderful weekend everyone, make it count and keep safe and healthy.

Sue x Anyone wishing to join, just ask, you're more than welcome, it's never too late.

    Hiya

My sealed pot weighs 1.76kg this week, It won't be going up much for the next 7 weeks because I won't really be spending any money. I will keep weighing it though as even if it has only gone up a couple of grams, it is still getting heavier.

    Have a good week all

Ooh i never thought of weighing-that's a good idea, and it would be so much easier than reckoning it all up every time-and it would be a lovely (hopefully) surprise to see what i've got when i open it.

Went round to my Mums last night and she said "Oooh, I've got something for you" - it was a bank bag full of pennies :j I counted them and there was £1.07 for my pot!! She said she'd been saving them for me as they get too heavy in her purse and she can never be bothered to count them up and take them to the bank. I was soooo excited, sad innit :D

It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
