I managed to palm the girlie off with all silver for her dinner money, so I've managed to put a pound coin in the pot today. Also found a twenty pound note I'd forgotten about tucked away!:j:j:jHere dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

A happy sounding jangle of coppery and silvery ones went in to the bottle today. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Up until Friday I wasn't putting any money into the pot - mainly because I wasn't spending any! Got some money out for the weekend though and put the change straight into the pot. I'm not counting it as I want it to be a nice surprise.
Hugs and best wishes to everyone who is feeling ill. xxSealed Pot Challenge Number 1225
