Hi I contacted Barclaycard as I had paid with my credit card. I have now cancelled my card, Pain in the *** as we are away next week. App no payment had been taken from them yet, placed order on 4th. My brother is a policeman, so got him looking into it. If I hear anything will keep you posted. I suppose if it looks too good to be true it normally is. Would also be interested to find out if anyone has used this company before.

Hey hun, I don't think any money has been taken from my account, will check this, if so will breathe a sigh of relief. Know what you mean about pain in the **** re cancelled cards, I won't get mine until next week either. But the bright side is I'll probably save a small fortune by not having it. :rolleyes:

The fraud department of the bank said that there is nothing they can do re this because I freely gave my details but it is a matter for the police.

I would really like others to be warned about this company though, will post something on the subject later.

well i managed to get one after alot of phone calls,i thought my luck had ran out ,then last try gamestation had a few of the pink lites and 1 older version! result picked it up tonight with nintendogs an starter pack 119 quid ......im so relieved!! and so happy thankyou all that suggested gamestation

The fact that all their phone numbers are either " this number does not receive in coming calls " or not available does seem rather suspect to me!!

Yes, best wishes from me too. It's a terrible time of year to 1-be scammed, 2-worry about getting your gift thru in time 3-lose use of your payment facilities for a week.
I would go to a gamestation and buy one for £119, and hope to never hear from these people again.
Explain the situation to your bank if need be so that they can release extra cash each day if you need it whilst you are without your cards.

The chap in gamestation suggested to me that they had no supply or stock problems this Christmas...... Unlike everyone else..

I bought 2 ds lites from gamestation. I rang up first to check they had stock as the sales assistant advised me to. Apparantly they have daily deliveries and never quite know what is coming in. They said to ring around 11.30am. I rang them last week and they had in what I wanted but said it was going fast so saved it for me till I could get there later that afternoon. How great is that! I got a pink ds lite with nintendogs for £110 and a black ds lite with lego star wars 2 and a starter pack for £110 so really pleased.

Not heard anything , surprise surprise from UK Gaming experts today. Went into town to Game and got two DS lites and 4 games - £300! Tell you what Christmas is expensive! Hubbie is off to Kong Hong tomorrow so if he can get them there any cheaper this little lot will be going back to the shop! At least I now have them in my hand and don't have to worry about them arriving on time, if ever!!
