Most illegible PPC sign of 2010 award

I would like to submit Lidl in Risca, Newport as having the least legible. I do not believe any PPC actually operates there, clamps, or gives out tickets - but this sign, presumably designed to scare off non-customer parkers, sunbleached due to being up so high on the lamp post, with a sticker placed on it to presumably increase the "penalty charge" from £50 to £70, is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

I really hope they never try to enforce any "contract" you can't even see.
Wouldn't put it past them, though.0 -

There is no excuse for a giraffe with good eyesight not to have seen the sign. Perhaps the next sign will be hung upside down and written in Swedish.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0
