The winner and companion will be treated to a 2 week full-board holiday in Sri Lanka! You'll stay at the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Health Resort in Wadduwa, amidst lush tropical gardens on Sri Lanka's west coast. All rooms have a/c, a living area, satellite tv, en-suite bathrooms, and there's a swimming pool with tropical waterfall and poolside bar.
As well as these luxuries, Siddhalepa provides traditional Ayurvedic therapies to help detox and cleanse the mind, body and soul to promote general wellbeing, using natural treatments under the guidance of experienced Ayurvedic doctors.
You'll each receive a complimentary Ayurvedic treatment, with a choice of oil and powder massages, shirodhara steam baths, body wraps, oil therapy, herbal facials, or a herbal soak in a traditional hand-carved granite bath. You'll also have use of the resort's spa facilities with sauna, treatment and consultation rooms for guests, plus the chance to learn or practise yoga and meditation.
The winner will also receive £500 cash :T:T
The prize includes flights from London to Colombo and transfers from the airport to the hotel. All guests must be over 18 and the prize must be taken in April or May 2011. There is no cash alternative.
