Gmail have actually admitted the problem they had where my account was viewed was their issue actually, not mine. i have norton 360, and my passwords are always a mix of numbers and letters and never easily guessable words. Im not rising to your bait, i know this forum is full of users who like to use it to snipe at people, rather than aid people.

when i FIRST bought using play.com it DID ask for my verified by visa, for that transaction, so they are enrolled in that scheme. i verified for £19.99 which they then took as £10, £9.99 and a £1 transaction seperatley. my bank actually stopped my card for fraud due to the £1 tester fee.

and by the way it IS possible for companies to have their websites hacked, and therefore they shouldnt be storing my card details without some form of protection (i should at least have to fill the CVV in each time) and furthermore they should give the option to remove the card details.
