Thank you McKneff - I am doing okay. He adjusted the top set & took out 4 lower teeth & fitted in the partial denture.

Feels a bit strange but managing. He said I'll need more adjsutments as the gum shrinks & in 6 months he'll get made up my definative dentures as everything will have settled down by then.

They actually look really realistic for NHS & the colour match to what few teeth I have left is spot on. I'm a bit sore - but that's to be expected. Dropped off a neighbours shopping & she was pressing me to have some rocky road - I think she thinks I'm on a diet - didn't want to tell them I'd had teeth out as they'll ask me about them each time I see them.

I suppose it's just a matter of getting used to them. Don't know when I'll dare eat in public. I'm just eating 'soft' food!

I'm glad it's all done as it has been every few weeks I've been getting extractions - seems to have gone on for most of the year - well it has.

Hope you got on okay yourself at the dentists.
