not sure about DRO, but I have just done BR, and I am being allowed to have have normal meters installed if the energy company are ok...mine are, so am waiting to get the pre-payment meters removed once my changeover back to my previous supplier.Getting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg

I dont think your utilities would be effected if you are not placing any of their debt in to the DRO. I also dont see how they would find out.
