Zucci online

First time posting so any advice is much apprieciated. I ordered my son a cardi jumper from Zucci a clothing company on the 23/10/10 for £56. The item was delivered, but it was not a correct fit so I returned the item 1st class on the 26/10/10. It has been 4 weeks since the item was returned, I have tracked the parcel to see if they have recieved it and it has been signed for. I have made numerous calls to them and also emailed them to see when I will get refund but no joy:( No one has returned my calls or replied to my emails. Does anyone no what else I can do to get my money back?
