I received a PM from the OP fretting about the email I sent the agent. As there was mention of the particular agent's employee's name on here he was worried that they might discover themselves discussed on here and the OP identified, which was why I modified my post to remove said name. I see that the post providing a link to the actual firm's site has been deleted as well, presumably at the OP's request.0
