Npower sign on line 17
A note of caution to Npower customers with a sign on line v17 tariff. The small print on my latest bill says this tariff comes to an end on 31 March 2011. But, in the course of a conversation with Npower customer services today, I was told that Npower are ending this tariff on 1 January. There is no warning of this on the bill except a rather oblique statement to the effect that I can now switch supplier!! There is supposed to be a letter to customers about this. It might be a good idea for others to ring Npower (geographical no is 01661 812142) to verify this.
