Does it have an error message or a number for the error or anything like that?

It says windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. Insert windows disc and restart or safemode and normal options. My problem is i do not have the disc as pc hospital put it on when they replaced my hardrive when i had a virus 2 months ago. Safe mode and normal are not working.
