Winter Fuel Payment notification

I'm just curious why my wife received notification last week from Newcastle, and I got mine today from Motherwell.

becasue your wife's details are held with Newcastle, as your is held with Motherwell, a lot of accounts were transfered to the relevant pension centre from Newcastle from those who were with Pensions Direct, but not everybody moved. But Motherwell is the office that covers your postcode area0

We live in Scotland and Motherwell is our office. To date not had any Winter Fuel Allowance and we are both over 65. Rang them and thjey said they would get back. Also emnailed them No answer.0
