Did they ask you to complete a medical form or questionnaire? If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0

You do not have to tell them, however you cannot expect them to make reasonable adaptations for your condition if they are not aware.Gone ... or have I?0

I hate to say this - but I sort of agree with the others. By not disclosing this you have lost any potential protections under the Equality Act / DDA; you have lied on a form associated with your application; and you are putting yourself at risk. If something happens at work and they do not know about these conditions, or you are asked to do something that may put you at risk because of these conditions, you are taking an enormous chance with your own health.0

If he came clean and they dismissed him would they not be getting on close ground for trouble?
Could he tell them now and would they be able to dismiss him because of not fulfilling the forms in correctly and if it was after 1st Oct do these new sick leave rules apply? The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

All depends when he did it, if it was pre Oct I think it is, if it was after the job was offered I think it is but if it was asked after Oct and before job offer and not related to his work then I don't think they canThe Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
