The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees, agents, relatives and tenants of Capital & Counties Properties, Covent Garden London and promoters MDS Ltd, Travelpromos and the Traverati Network, all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering this competition.
No purchase is necessary. Entry is taken as an acceptance of the free prize draw terms & conditions. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
Entries can be submitted online via the competition page or sent by post to: Capital & Counties Properties, 4th Floor, Russell Chambers, The Piazza, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8AA with the name of the competition, your first name, last name and e-mail address.
Only one entry per person. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received, lost, mislaid or damaged. Entries will only be accepted between 29.11.10 10am – 31.01.11 10am. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner/s or their guest/s in entering the draw or accepting the prize.
The prize is return flights to Mauritius for two people, economy class from London Heathrow, with accommodation for 7 nights at Paradise Cove on a HB basis. The prize does not include any additional travel costs (including getting to/from London Heathrow Airport), airline / departure tax (Mauritius) – approx. £250/£300 per person payable to the airline prior to departure, meals or drinks other than breakfast (unless otherwise specified), spending money, additional activities, and travel insurance – all prize winners must ensure they hold valid in-date travel insurance before departing. There are certain dates when the prize cannot be redeemed; these will be advised upon the competition closing.
The flights are valid for 12 months from the date the winner accepts the prize. Flights must be booked at least four weeks within the notification date and within four weeks of date of travel. All portions of the prize are subject to availability and may also be subject to date limitations and restrictions during school holidays and peak periods. This includes matching availability of flights and accommodation. The flight tickets are non-negotiable, and under no circumstances are permitted to be upgraded. All prize travel will be subject to the Airline provider. Airmiles cannot be accrued on prize air travel. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas where applicable. MDS Ltd and the Traverati Network, as promoters of this promotion, assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. Neither MDS Ltd, Travelpromos or the Traverati Network, nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered. All travellers must travel together. If the travellers are unable to travel in accordance with the above or unavailable date restrictions, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The prize is as stated and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is subject to availability. Entries will be judged by an independent judge. The judge’s decision is final and should the prize winner be unable to respond within 72 hours of notification (for whatever reason), the judge will then redraw the entry and an alternative winner will be selected and notified, until such time as a winner has accepted the prize.
Winners will be notified by the e-mail address provided by 10.02.11.
The winners’ names will be available from 11 days after the closing date from Capital & Counties Properties, 4th Floor, Russell Chambers, The Piazza, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8AA. The prize draw is governed by English Law. The promoter MDS Ltd. on behalf of Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner or participating travellers in entering the draw or accepting the prize.
