Tesco, How long before you get the funds?

Did they give you the advertised rate? Can I ask what your loan to income ratio is as I've been told this is key.

my mum applied for one for me as i have bad credit - she was approved in principle, received documents and signed and returned with statements, received statements back but still waiting for money - we sent the paperwork back 9 days ago - wont be no issues but seems to be taking forever

I applied for one in febuary and from the point of applying ( a sunday night) to final confirmation of funds being released it took 5 days and money was in my account. I took 4k over 3 yrs and got their best rate of 14% for this grade of loan. Very happy with the way it was dealt with

yes she has called several times - spoke with a manager yesterday who couldnt explain the delay but says will call back at 1pm today with an update!! fingers crossed - she tried her bank this morning as she thought maybe they would be quicker and she would just cancel the tesco one but they said they couldnt give her one. she's never ever had bad credit, never had a loan other than her mortgage and never defaulted on payments - dont get why they would refuse her but praying tesco will go through ok still!!

You seem very anxious and excited by the prospect of this "new money" arriving.

I hope the "bad credit" you have is a habit you can break to not let your mother down and I hope she realises what she has done.

Well I have finally got a decision, waiting on the funds now. lol.

Its been 7 days and still nothing in account, Rang them up at 9am and they said someone will call back, I guess I will be rining them again at midday.. useless!

Its taken over a month now on this application.

It will be because she applied for 2 loans so close together as it would show on her credit report and the rejected one now will show on her credit report
