If you add the code once you have gone to the check out stage then the code will be accepted. The code wasn't working for me either on the basket page.

PS - I think you may have to register first before you can get to the check out stage.

I ordered these my free case and swapped case on the 31st October, had one box delivered on Saturday but no sign of the other yet, is this normal?
