Tesco Wine 500 Clubcard pts 1 Dec doesn't work

have just read the Tesco voucher code item in today's MSE email, and ordered 12 bottles wine online at Tesco Wine. Went through every screen, used the code, payment taken BUT the extra 500pts were NOT applied. It's just taken me 40mins (Clubcard lines V busy)to be told that the code is NOT valid because it's not been sent to me by Tesco, & not linked to my clubcard. I was using it to offset my £5 delivery charge, so now I have to phone another number if I want to cancel the order. So beware!:(
