Nope.. I emailed them on the one which I thought hadn't gone thru to be told that my code was valid but not on the system.. As I have said I think C/S are not sure themselves.

Oh okay. As im just wondering if they were to send me a confirmation email, would i send them the address that i used to register my account or the address that i send the claim in for. As i'd like to offer prizes here for people that can't win, don't mind offering vouchers too.

Not sure.. as I am not registered.! Conformation email would come to the email address you entered on comp I would guess. so you;'d have to reply with xxxxxxx code and address I guess!

and thats a nice plan.. I know some here are struggling.

None of my e mail addresses are registered but I've entered wins for various people with different addresses and they have received them. I still have had no e mails at all apart from the wins for tickets.

I can understand With Tickets that they will need an address this is for security purposes.. IE if there is an issue at the ground they know who owned that ticket. (Think that makes sense).

Thanks. In that case, i'll offer prizes regularly on here, and first to state their interest can have said prizes. I'd offer them to specific people who are struggling, but i'd need the details asap to put in the claim form. Is there a facebook page for this competition? I know there's an MSE group, but i dont know how many people use that.

Yeah a few were struggling... some have posted their look fors.. some wanted tickets some wanted vouchers.. Do you have a list of who you are planning to give to then maybe they can DM you details.

I meant a facebook MSE group, where people can post up what they want. I don't have a list, no. I just thought i'd offer them as and when i win the prizes. If i get more than 1 person's interest, i can then try to win for the others.
