Icy roads and garden walls

Hi All
I live in a rented student property and overnight 2 cars have been hit directly outside my house about a foot away from our garden wall.
During the day, it's unlikely there will be no cars to protect our garden wall
so there's a chance it may get hit.
If it does who will be paying to fix it (Us/ the landlord/the person that hit it?/ Insurance? in which case whose)
It's been an eventful night to say the least!
Thanks

Let your landlord worry about this. If a cars skids into his garden wall, he will have to claim off the car driver's insurance, assuming the driver can be identified."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

If any of you are in should it happen then do try to get the driver(s) details (after ensuring everyone is ok obviously), your LL would really appreciate it. Put a pad and pen near the door and keep a digital camera handy if possible. It would save a hell of a lot of hassle later.Inside this body lays one of a skinny woman
but I can usually shut her up with chocolate!
When I thank a post in a thread I've not posted in,
it means that I agree with that post and have nothing further to add.
