Smilies - help!

Hi, am hoping I'm posting in the right place!!!! I joined not long ago and when I did I set up my signature and stuff and the smilies etc were working fine. Now it seems that whenever I try to post a message or edit my sig I can't use any of the smilies or even the bold, underline etc.Can anybody help a total technophobe with what she's doing wrong?!!!Thanks!!!!JM

Are you sure you haven't changed settings so that you can't see any formatting?
