Southern Electric Contract Fraud

Watch out southern electric agents are creating their own contracts, they tried to take myn over in a 50% different name. One problem been is that I pay for my phone a year in advance with bt so no reason why I would pay line rental again. They had the cheek to sign me up for both gas and electric to.

Despite me saying the above, the contract not even been myn this company accept its an et but wont admit the fraud. Beware these are doorstep sales people

The quite simple solution is not to give your details to doorstep sales people in the firstplace. Just send them away.

we didnt, they are using false names but correct seconds names. Unlucky for them an objection was placed. I would never signup on the doorstep for anything

Report the matter to Consumer Focus. They in turn will report it to Local Trading Standards and it all feeds into the scrutiny of the Energy Companies and their out of control doorstep selling and telephone sales marketing.

Make the case that it is fraud and that you are not satisfied with the company response.That may force them to deadlock and it then gets heard by The Energy Ombudsman.
