Hi chick. Hope you are OK. Witch SA that I had a problem with using the £2 haircare voucher would not let me use the 250 extra points with the chocolate coins combo either. It clearly said on the shelf edge label that it was on 3 4 2 Xmas offer. So I went to the manager who put the points on and gave the witch SA a ticking off. She didn't take my 250 extra points coupon off me, so will be doing it again. Woohoo. I've already got aboout £400 worth of points on my card as it is. Guess who is cleaning out the store in the Xmas sales. Moi :-)

Also, the 250 extra points on the perfume/aftershave worked really well with the £10 CK ONE 50ml. Brought it down to £7.50 with the 250 points. Bargain-a-licious or what.

I think you got a witch SA like me. Honestly, it's like the points are coming out of their wages! Just go to a manager if you get attitude like that. The manager at my store sorted it out for me. There are no restrictions on the voucher. It took the witch SA about 10 minutes to read the 3 lines on the back of the coupon and she kept saying "you can't use it", so I said "try it" and it worked. Errr.
