8Kg parcel to South Africa

Need to send a parcel (8Kg Dim: 50cm x 50cm x 50cm) to South Africa.
The package contains memory foam and U shaped pillow for terminally ill relative. So splitting items will not help as 7Kg is the foam.
Any info would be most welcome.
