Although clicking on the "update" button gets a "No Updates Available" sign; and going to mozilla.com has still got a link to Firefox 1.5.0.7; Firefox 2.0 is available by either this link:
http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-2.0&os=win&lang=en-US
or by copying the link to download 1.5.0.7, and replacing the "1.5.0.7" bit with "2.0"

This really shouldnt be in the grabbit forum, its already been posted in the tech forum. I am waiting for the English version to come out.
Please see this

The queue to download this once it goes live (supposedly 15 minutes ago) will be huge - hence the "grabbit" board. I've just run the upgrade and it's the real thing.
Nice new interface, too.

I know what you mean - but once Mozilla change their front page it's going to be the devil to download, hence the grabbit posting.0 -
Some of the extensions havent been updated and they're not ready to fully support it as a public release, hence the RC3 category and a little bit of hiding from the general public.0

No, this is the full version 2 release, not RC3. Albeit, as Poppy pointed out, it's the US english version, not UK.
Sorry Poppy - didn't even realise there "was" a Techie Forum. Shucks.0 -
Thats a good point about the extensions you always get problems with some when a new version comes out. Not sure if this works with version 2 but the nightly tester tools enables the picky extensions to work with the older versions of firefox not sure if it works with version 2
