Both Asda and Tesco stock it, I think wilkinsons might do too!0 -

Since starting to post on here I have:
- for the first time ever sat down and looked at how much I owe & to whom
- contacted CCCS & am in the process of starting DMP
- set myself a sensible food budget & trying REALLY hard to stick to it
- started taking lunch to work every day & fighting the battle against buying breakfast on the way to work
- cancelled subscriptions to magazines, membership of museum & gallery and donations to charity - goal is to eventually reinstate these - once everything is sorted
- umm - think that's it for now

Proud to be dealing with my debtsDebt Free by "sometime" in 2010:j£2 Coin Savers Club £22 Started again after saving and spending £96 for Xmas :T0 -
I have just paid for my new car with credit card cheque that means I have got it on 0% interest until August 07 and with my bonus from work just before christmas with any luck will have it paid off log before then. My car died and I needed a new one straight away so bought it this way, whereas normally I would have saved for it. I am still doing whatever I can to find extra money to pay it off asap.
Sorry to be the bearer, but do check this. Martins article on credit card cheques says that not only are the cheques usually 20-odd % but it also makes your 0% card balance the same.
Do check, before its too late! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Sorry wanted to jump in on this thread! I have been looking at this site for weeks but only just had the courage to post!
I have been inspired to swap electric and gas supplier (saving about £100 a year), change phone contract (saving £20 a month!), get a better deal from Sky+ (1/2 price for 3 months) and now dealing with debts - trying to shuffle etc!
Thanks for everyones great advice - without reading it I would still be struggling month to month!

got it in Savers but apparently you can also get it in Asda. about 58p and it washes everything - so far I've used it for floors, worktops, delicates handwash, cooker, fridge, etc etc
I am not a houseproud person - but really got carried away with it!
