Holiday Insurance

Im going to New York next week, and Im a bit worried about the snow.

We are flying from Manchester to Amsterdam.. then Amsterdam to New York.

I have 2 hours between flights, which could be cut significantly by a delay at Manchester due to the snow.

Does anyone know the part of a Travel Insurance policy that would cover missing the second flight due to delay of the first?

Thanks :)

It's normally mentioned under the section on missed departures - look for something mentioning connecting flights. Make sure you have enough cover so that it would fully pay for the missed flight.
Assuming you're flying all the way through with KLM, if you miss the connecting flight they will book you onto the next available flight and anyway.
  • Yeah its KLM all the way, thanks :)
