Thought Id best give my update too. Received my missing part yesterday and received it again today. Im going to build the car up tonight as I couldnt even begin before due to the missing part being the back wheel bar. Ive no where to store the car once its built so Im also giving it to my little boy for a early birthday pressie and giving him the kitchen I also bought from this site on his actual birthday.

I will definatly use this site again thanks to their excellent service and cheap prices

if there are any Bob the builder fans here, do not order the playset from this site, the description is for the deluxe set where you get everything, but the site only has the take away playset box which is supposed to come with stickers and a ramp but you just get an empty box - I had my second empty box come today despite them assuring me it would be the correct deluxe item. On a plus side for this site, from my first order, I had 3 faulty items which they replaced for me and I disposed of the faulty ones, 1 damaged one that was a present for someone which they refunded me, and some sheets where the size is misquoted so didn't fit my son's cot bed which they also refunded me for (and which my daughter is using for her dollys bed!!), their customer care is very good, though I feel the goods are slightly substandard (remember the cooker from not so long ago?)

Well ive attempted to build the car up tonight and discovered the nut that bolts the stearing wheel on is too small :rolleyes: Hopefully I will find one round the house to use as a replacement as my little boy wont get out of his new scooby car

I was going to wait until the night before his birthday to build up the kitchen but I think its going to be best to build it up tonight. Even though all the parts are there I dont want to risk something being the wrong size :eek:

Yesterday I received the car but when I checked inside the box I couldn't find any instructions on how to assemble the car. Did you get any? Or did you manage to do without it? Thx

That's not good then. I think you may need the instructions. I still have mine and if I can think of a way to scan and send them I will.

You deffo need the instructions, because it lists all the parts that should be enclosed, and I would recommend checking them off before attempting to build. Can't think what I've done with mine, will have a look...

I dont suppose anyone has a copy of the £5 kitchen building instructions they can send me Please?

Im getting a bit fed up now and I certainly wouldnt use this company for a last minute present.

After reading this thread I definitely want to check if I got everything. I have already noticed that there are no stickers
I hope somebody gets hold of a copy of the instructions as I am still waiting for a reply from the company!
